Did a great job packing out order. You can tell they really care.
worked as advertised. Package arrived in Texas, the pack had warmed by the time it arrived but the product was all peachy.
As it is still relatively warm outside I did not want the chocolate to arrive melted. The cold packing worked very well.

Packing doesn't help with just one. Especially on a hot day. It does help on cooler days. I usually buy two packets
It would be good to know how big the ice packs are so you know how many to get. Two seem to be okay but I think I would have gotten four if I knew the size of the ice packs and the items itself of the ice packs and the items itself.
By the time I get my candy the ice pack is not cold and sometime the candy is melted.
We were worried that the cold packing wouldn't be enough since the order was sent out on a Friday. However even after the order arrived and the mail person left it in our mailbox in the sun for 6 hours the chocolate was in good standing and the cold packs were still cold.
