So glad I learned my lesson about including the ice pack! It has saved so much chocolate from being a wet, melted mess. (Don't neglect to include with your order - you'll never regret it.)
I assumed that this would be much larger than it is and didn't see anything clarifying that it was so small. Had I known, I would have ordered more to go with my candy order.
My mail comes late in the afternoon by then, the ice pack was completely melted and chocolates were soft.

This pack came still pretty cool feeling, not frozen, more of a gel pack I think? But the candy was in perfect condition when it arrived so I guess the pack worked well
Good idea to ship the ice pack with the chocolate so they were not melted.
I thought I ordered after it had gotten cool enough that the items would not be melted. Unfortunately when products arrive both cold packs were warm and items melted.
The pack was very small and had melted when it arrived. Half of the chocolates had melted too.
