the pack was melted when it got to me, but the chocolate was fine.
Packing doesn't help with just one. Especially on a hot day. It does help on cooler days. I usually buy two packets
It would be good to know how big the ice packs are so you know how many to get. Two seem to be okay but I think I would have gotten four if I knew the size of the ice packs and the items itself of the ice packs and the items itself.
We were worried that the cold packing wouldn't be enough since the order was sent out on a Friday. However even after the order arrived and the mail person left it in our mailbox in the sun for 6 hours the chocolate was in good standing and the cold packs were still cold.
The cold pack was not hot, but had turned to liquid inside. I was able to see the mail come, so I picked it up right away. It did a great job of keeping the candy from melting, but I also ordered during a cold front. The mailman left it in the box again, and it would have melted had I not gone to get it.
It was still cold when I got my items which was good
