I think the ice packs helped the chocolate not to melt but unfortunately this is Florida and the ice pack was completely melted by the time it made it to our mailbox. Will not stop me from ordering again though!
The cold pack saved my chocolate from melting in 85-90 degree weather. I was nervous the chocolates would still be melted but they all held up nicely. Not any sign of melting. Plus, I get to keep an ice pack now lol. Well worth the $4 if experiencing high temps.

Shipment took about a week due to slow USPS processing but the cool packing did remain “cold†when it arrived. I would recommend two cool packs though so it is cold on both ends of package.

worked as advertised. Package arrived in Texas, the pack had warmed by the time it arrived but the product was all peachy.
As it is still relatively warm outside I did not want the chocolate to arrive melted. The cold packing worked very well.
