I purchased the ice pack, git my package as soon as it was delivered and the chocolate was still completely melted.
I recommend adding more than one cold pack in the summer, even if you're sure it won't be extremely hot outside. I ordered one with several items and they were warm, but thankfully not melted. So it did work, but I will likely order at least two when I have several items in the order, just to be sure they stay cold.
Take notes from how Hello Fresh uses their ice packs. These are so tiny they basically do nothing. I was expecting it to be larger.
The cold pack did help alittle, but some of my chocolate did still melt, and the cold pack was warm. In the heat, limiting to 1 cold pack is not enough.
Best packaging!! After 5 days of package being missplaced by USPS, rerouted and held at post office the contents were still in perfect condition.
It took over a week for me to get my candy and the ice pack was melted.
Did not work. All items came totally melted. Pretzels are one melted mess. Brownie squashed and melted.
I love in a warm climate (Texas) and this cold pack doesn't do much by the time it gets to me.
