    Cold Packs

Posted by Bernard Shucavage on Feb 21st 2022

Added one pack but somehow the US mail put in the mail box which stayed there all day in florida heat. I know it had directions for the postal service to deliver to the door but i guess that doesn't matter for government workers. My wife put them in the freezer for an hour or two sinece they were largely soft and melted. I don't thin the cold packs were worth it if coming from out of state.

    cold pack..EH........

Posted by Cosmo on Feb 14th 2022

with my recent order of a truffle box i added two cold packs in the hopes that all would arrive in good condition. The cold packs had no temp or indication of cool when my order arrived. I think the only time i would re-use this option is if doing a two day shipment in the summer... i appreciate the option however if i am ordering something that may melt it is really up to the shipper to ensure that all arrives as it should.... not to charge extra to do their job correctly..

    cold packing

I would have gladly payed extra for more cold packs that would have matched the size of my package. How would I have known to add 2 or 3 to my order? There needs to be a better way to do this - you are shipping things that melt after all.

    No great

The package had been left in my mailbox for a couple of hours. The NoNos didn’t appear to be melted, but a softer candy would have been ruined. There had been no option to get 2 cold packs.

1 ice pack MAX per order???

Posted by Stephanie Mackoul on Aug 30th 2021

There should not be a limit on the amount of ice packs for purchase on an order. I tried to add 5. So make shipping more expensive … because receiving melted chocolate in a $70+ order is not okay. These ice packs do not do well in shipping during the summer . Since “Halloween Candy” sells out so fast, I have been forced to order during a summer month . Handing melted chocolate that has Resolidified out to allergy kids during Halloween doesn't seem fare. What can be done to fix this ongoing problem of melting expensive speciality chocolate? Please fix this big problem.

I purchased the ice pack, git my package as soon as it was delivered and the chocolate was still completely melted.
