The mailman ignored the "don't put this in the mailbox" warning and it was an warm day. The Cold Pack kept the bunny from (mostly) melting.
The chocolate is never melted and always great
Although the 2 cold packs were completely melted the chocolate arrived in good shape in our 90° temperature!
1I don't know how to rate my products. My cold packs(2) were completely non-cold. My chocolates were melted. But my mailman placed my chocolates in the mailbox when the package stated in bold that it was chocolate and to not leave in mailbox. I was also HOME. So I believe it was more the mail carrier issue than your company. The packaging of my product was excellent and if the product had not been melted I'm sure that it would have arrived safe. I appreciate you offering dairy free Easter candy and hopefully when we are not in the situation we are in now with COVID and everything is running as normal again, I am confident to try to order again.
