Cold packs were not cold, but chocolate was not melted either, so I guess they did their job.
When I recieved the package the ice pack was almost completely thawed. But it did the job and no melted chocolates. New Jersey to California

$4 seemed a little steep when the ice pack was the size of a small smart phone. I bought it even though our temperatures were going to be well below 60, I didn't want it in the heat of a delivery truck, or heating in the sun. Did the job well.
