Okay when there's cold weather?

I paid for two cold packs and it didn't keep things cold. Wish it was better quality or better packaging.

Having sent the chocolates through the mail in warm weather the cold packing, which I didn't even think about, was an incredible and efficient idea. My daughter who was the recipient, was extremely happy with the cold packing.
