2 packs were included in my order, but with 3 day shipping they had thawed and felt just tad below room temperature. Barely made it here without melting. USPS ignored the sticker and left the package in my mailbox. Fortunately I noticed the text notification from USPS and immediately retrieved it.

It was nice that the cold pack kept product in good condition; however, I did not like the additional cost but it was worth the $4
Worked perfect in over 90 degree heat and said it would be here Friday but came 2 days early on Wednesday. You guys never disappoint
I ordered two ice packs and only received one. All my chocolate melted but thankfully I was able to save most of it as soon as it got to my house by putting in the fridge. I appreciate the help I received by your company in replacing some of the items!
It was melted by the time it got to me, but my chocolate wasn’t so it definitely did its job! And they refreeze for future personal use!
