I ordered two ice packs and only received one. All my chocolate melted but thankfully I was able to save most of it as soon as it got to my house by putting in the fridge. I appreciate the help I received by your company in replacing some of the items!

Cold packing seems to work. Everything is as fresh as it should be and itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s been 90 degrees for days.
