I love to break these up and use them as white chocolate chunks in my macadamia nut cookies. And at Christmas, I take gluten free peppermint sandwich cookies and coat them in the melted no whey white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermints for a DELICIOUS holiday cookie. Sooo tasty!

Other than the bars being badly melted (despite a cold pack), the white chocolate was delicious.

It is absolutely amazing! I am lactose intolerant and love my chocolate but always get sick when I eat normal chocolate! This is a great alternative and I even prefer this to a Hershey bar!
