No-Thank You! - Choco-Chip Snack Pack - Vegan - Dairy Free - Nut Free

As much as this chocolate costs you wouldn't think we would have to pay for ice packs. I have never had to, so I didnt... needless to say my whole order was melted/then cooled and not great. Very disappointed. My 12 year old was excited to try the chocolate chips. They were melted and mushy but solid enough to not be chocolate chips.

Purchased for my young great grandson. He loves them to eat as a snack and delicious in muffins! Great product!

Normally I give 5 stars; and I'm sure the quality of the product is delicious. My issue is they were totally melted because they were delivered when I was not home. They sat in my mailbox all day. When I tracked the package, it was due to be delivered Tuesday, but it was delivered on Saturday before. I know it's not usual to complain something is delivered early...normally it's a blessing. I also know it's not No Whey's fault since the USPS delivered, but my grandson has all candy bars instead of the tiny chips which were his favorite and I wanted to let y'all know.

I would love to thank you for all your products and company. It has a blessing to find a dairy free chocolate my son can safely enjoy. It’s truly awesome he gets to have similar snacks and treats like his peers at school and at home. It was so awesome to be able to fill his Easter basket with bunny shaped chocolates and treats just like his sister. He had the biggest smile on his face each holiday when he gets to enjoy his treats. Thank you.
