ALWAYS arrives warm. Packs Not cold, not cool..warm. I will only order choc during cold weather in the hopes chocolate doesn’t melt. This is not the first time I have commented in this. Love the chocolate for great granddaughter allergies. Pray order arrive not melted so moat for ice packs. Just have to live with what has melted.
The cold pack is a waste of money. It was completely warm when I got the package and probably only helped the first day of shipping.
As it has been so warm, I tried to insure product would arrive intact and not melted, but items I paid for were not actually included in the package. The tulip and bunny suckered are barely recognizable.
They weren't even cold, just mushy gel and hot. Products not cool either.

Purchased two cold packs to get my chocolate order from New Jersey to North Carolina using Priority Mail. The cold packs were still cool and the chocolate showed up in perfect condition despite multiple days of nearly 100 degree temps in transit. With the company's good packaging, these two packs did the job.
While I did order rush shipping, thankfully everything arrived perfectly fine!
Definitely helps in summer heat. Also a 2 day delivery. All chocolate arrived in good condition.
