My order arrived here in the deep, Deep South in great condition. Iâ€™m glad I added the additional ice packs, but not positive they were needed. Better safe then sorry though

I did not eat this, so I cannot comment on its flavor, but the chocolate arrived in good shape (which was not the case when I ordered the same product without the ice pack)
