I was expecting two normal sized ice packs I could use again, like the ones which come in the food delivory cook your own meal packages. The ice packs that came with NoWhey products, I paid $4 for two small little ice packs. For all the chocolate I ordered, if it was very hot out, they wouldn’t have done anything. Chocolate did arrive Not melted, but luckily the weather was in the low 70s. Invite for larger ice packs, for extra money to keep the chocolate ordered from melting. Thank you.
Worth the cost during summer months. We've bought without it and the chocolate shows signs of weather. This time everything was so well packed and we can even reuse the cold packs. I'm pretty impressed
