Everything made it safe the ice pack was not cold but everything was not melted so it did it's job
Depending on the season and where you live these are essential. I used to live in Ohio and most of the year I could get away without any. In summer one would come in handy. Now I live in Florida and in summer you’re going to want at LEAST one. Two may be more like it. Three would be great. And priority shipping. In winter shipping to FL, one pack and you’re probably good.
Ice was melted and chocolate was very soft.
Package was not cold, but not hot upon arrival. Icepack was room temperature, not frozen anymore. However,luckily, the chocolate was not melted.
