Package was not cold, but not hot upon arrival. Icepack was room temperature, not frozen anymore. However, luckily, the chocolate was not melted.

Works wonderfully well to keep my chocolate fresh. Wish there was a way to recycle the ice pack & cooler packing..

Chocolate and candy products taste and look great. Much faster order processing lately and so well packaged with cold pack that everything arrived fresh and in good condition.
