they were melted when candy arrived, but all the candy was good.
Received my order 6 days after I ordered it and 5 days after it was shipped, so the cold pack didn't do ita job.

Purchased two cold packs to get my chocolate order from New Jersey to North Carolina using Priority Mail. The cold packs were still cool and the chocolate showed up in perfect condition despite multiple days of nearly 100 degree temps in transit. With the company's good packaging, these two packs did the job.
Received my package 7 days after ordering even though I paid for priority shipping. By this time the cold pack was completely thawed out.
While I did order rush shipping, thankfully everything arrived perfectly fine!
