While I did order rush shipping, thankfully everything arrived perfectly fine!
We ordered an ice pack at the last minute thinking one was enough, as we've used ice packs in the past in other situations and they were decent sized. This pack, however, is barely the size of my hand, so by the time we got our items everything was pretty much melted, including the ice pack. Very disappointing, especially since most of the items we ordered were for my son's birthday.
Offer dry ice!
Definitely helps in summer heat. Also a 2 day delivery. All chocolate arrived in good condition.
So glad I learned my lesson about including the ice pack! It has saved so much chocolate from being a wet, melted mess. (Don't neglect to include with your order - you'll never regret it.)
I assumed that this would be much larger than it is and didn't see anything clarifying that it was so small. Had I known, I would have ordered more to go with my candy order.
My mail comes late in the afternoon by then, the ice pack was completely melted and chocolates were soft.

This pack came still pretty cool feeling, not frozen, more of a gel pack I think? But the candy was in perfect condition when it arrived so I guess the pack worked well
