they were melted when candy arrived, but all the candy was good.
Received my order 6 days after I ordered it and 5 days after it was shipped, so the cold pack didn't do ita job.

I have ordered two different packages with this cold pack included. Both packages arrived, damaged and melted.
Very effective. It kept my chocolates nice and cold.
The cold packs were hot when the package arrived and the chocolate was melted. I even paid a little more than the regular shipping price

Purchased two cold packs to get my chocolate order from New Jersey to North Carolina using Priority Mail. The cold packs were still cool and the chocolate showed up in perfect condition despite multiple days of nearly 100 degree temps in transit. With the company's good packaging, these two packs did the job.
