    I got these for my son to switch out his Halloween Milky Ways. They're good - he loves them and doesn't feel like he is missing out on what his siblings can have. I think these bars are good too!

    The No Whey candy bar has been a staple in our house for years. Our son with milk and wheat allergies absolutely loves them. Can’t get through a holiday or special occasion without one.

    It was okay but 2 out of 3 bars arrived crushed

    I got 3 of these bars as a part of a large order, which was my first from No Whey. I'm still in the process of trying everything but these bars in particular were a let down. Out of the 3 bars I got, 2 of them were squished/crushed. They were NOT melted. Nothing else in the order had any issues, but the bars were packed at the bottom of the soft bag that everything was shipped in with other heavy things on top. I know the bag they were shipped in was for temperature control but I was really surprised that it wasn't also put in a box because there just was not enough structure to the packaging to protect everything. Since these bars have caramel as a main ingredient, opening up and eating one of the crushed ones was a real mess. It was frustrating. The bar itself tasted okay. Good, but nothing to write home about. I haven't yet opened the only one of the three that arrived undamaged but perhaps the improved eating experience will improve my thoughts about the taste too. Like I said, it wasn't bad but for me it wasn't really worth the sticky mess. It's hard to separate the taste from the influence of disappointment with the bars' condition.
