The ones I have gotten with my last two orders were old candy. They taste okay, but not as good as new ones.

I have a dairy allergy and I am also now vegan. These chocolates are by far my favorite that are all allergy friendly. They taste AMAZING! Customer service is also super amazing and helpful if there are ever any problem. HIGHLY recommend!
