This product is wonderful! I have been hunting for a non-dairy white chocolate for my holiday baking, and this one worked perfectly. It is great for dipping candies and such.

I was excited for this chocolate and it does taste good. The only issues I had was that the texture was a bit grainy and too sweet (but I find most chocolate sweet). I plan to melt it and make homemade peanut chews, chocolate covered pretzels etc. and then the consistency and sweetness will be less of an issue.
