Excellent Holiday Treat

I love peppermint and chocolate, so this was a no-brainer for me. It was very good, and so nice to be included in the Christmas festivities. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the fact that the peppermint chunks were mixed into the chocolate rather than sprinkled on top. The word "bark," to me, brings the second type to mind, so I was surprised when it wasn't that way.
