We LOVE seeing our fans get creative and making hot cocoa bombs with our chocolate. Here's how to make them with a sphere mold:
- Melt chocolate in 15 second increments, once smooth, coat a thin layer in sphere molds and chill for 15 minutes. Repeat 2 or 3 times (depending on the thickness of your layers).
- Once satisfied, fill one sphere with safe hot cocoa powder and marshmallows. Take the top sphere and even out the edge on a hot plate to rewarm and stick together. Hold for about 30 seconds until they hold and chill for another 10 minutes.
- Decorate the top however you please!
