This is just the beginning

I honestly never had a Twinkie before going vegan, but I had other snack cakes in my childhood. I always say I want some company to make vegan snack cakes just for the fun and nostalgia. I ordered these ASAP and I have been enjoying them so much. They had a slight chew to them (I’ve heard Twinkies are rubber like), but moist and well filled. It doesn’t make you feel gross after eating it either. I hope NoWhey tries other dupes, especially something like a strawberry shortcake roll. They are more expensive, so I hope the price can go down eventually, though they’re each a bit larger than a normal Twinkie by weight. Recommend!!

Ah! Nostalgia. They’re delicious, but a bit dry. I want the thoroughly moist texture of the original. Worth a try and yummy. Would buy again.

I haven't had 'the real thing' in over 25 years, but the pillow-y cake and delicious cream in the middle bring me way back. As does the packaging! The 'cakes' are packed as twins, so it even looks like the ones you'd buy off the shelf at the convenience store. Great job No Whey!
