*NEW* Whey-Less Pillows (3-2 Packs)

These are a good allergy free alternative. We would like to see a little more cream inside the center, but my grandson kept asking for them.

So I was very optimistic about these Twinkie lookalikes, but I am disappointed. The hostess like cupcakes that have been sold for some time now by No Whey were dry but fine though had just a little cream. They were ok though and some time has gone by. This products cake is the lesser of the 2. It definitely is not a sponge cake, it’s more like a really dry cake. There is so little cream inside- more like 3 tiny holes weremade and a micro dollop piped in. I was so optimistic that I bought 3 boxes thinking Easter. I wish I wouldn’t have. I’m all about finding and making these subs, but this one really missed the mark.

A triumph of culinary engineering! Very impressed to find a gluten free vegan version. The personal portion of two is handy as you won't be able to stop at just one.

I love these. They're not as full of air as Twinkies but they're a delightful little cake with cream filling and an excellent little snack!

I enjoyed these quite a bit. I agree they could use more filling, but the cake part is very good and the filling tastes great too, just needs to be a bit more of it. Overall very satisfying and I will purchase again

I was excited to try these when I got the email about this product. I do think these are good, they’re pretty dense and not has airy as I’d thought. The cream filling could’ve used more filling. The only thing I really found unpleasant is they use lentil protein which I love lentils but the lentil taste was very pronounced. Just not sure that it’s a good flavor for a dessert.

I honestly never had a Twinkie before going vegan, but I had other snack cakes in my childhood. I always say I want some company to make vegan snack cakes just for the fun and nostalgia. I ordered these ASAP and I have been enjoying them so much. They had a slight chew to them (I’ve heard Twinkies are rubber like), but moist and well filled. It doesn’t make you feel gross after eating it either. I hope NoWhey tries other dupes, especially something like a strawberry shortcake roll. They are more expensive, so I hope the price can go down eventually, though they’re each a bit larger than a normal Twinkie by weight. Recommend!!
