These truffles more than satisfy my chocolate/salt cravings! Having been dairy-free for several years now, I shop this site often. These truffles are rich, creamy, and decadent; just what a I crave in a truffle. Perfect as a special treat. If you freeze them, they last longer; not to mention the truffles are an amazing taste sensation right out of the freezer. YUM!

These were very, very good. I'm only temporarily dairy-free, so I know what the real thing tastes like. This was not quite it, but it was very, very good. For an allergen-free alternative, it was stupendous.

These are really delicious. The caramel middle is salty and sweet, and is soft rather than gooey. Yum!

I like fruit, and I like chocolate, but I rarely like the two together. However, I must admit that this was an impressive combination. The slightly milky, thick ganache center had what I think were little raspberry bits of interest amongst the smooth chocolate filling. The raspberry flavor was sweet and fruity, yet mild (this was not candy, it still had an elegant flavor that stayed true to the refined truffle presentation), and it flowed beautifully with the overall semi-sweet center and bittersweet coating. Would I eat it again? You bet! Would it be my first choice? No, the Milk Fudge and Gran Marnier are still tied for first, but the Raspberry might just be a close second. By the way, this one also qualifies as generously sized; easily competing with the Milk Fudge for the big bite spot on the chocolate block. ~ http://www.godairyfree.org
