Each product is made in a dedicated facility free from the top 9 common food allergens and is gluten free. • How do I track my order? / Has my order shipped?
Tracking information will be emailed automatically when your order is shipped. You may also obtain tracking information by logging into your account. After you log in, hover your mouse over the "Account" link located at the top right hand corner of you screen. When you hover your mouse, a drop down list will appear. Click the "orders" button.
• Shipping Information
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To view your shipping options simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered different shipping methods and their prices. We will begin filling and shipping your order shortly after we receive payment from you. During busy holiday seasons, which are the weeks leading up to Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day and Easter, it can sometimes take up to a week (or more) to process and ship your order due to the extraordinary volumes and physical limitations involved in processing thousands of orders at the same moment. The carrier generated shipping times are estimated and do not include the time it takes to pack and fill your order.

Shipping and Returns
• When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
We will begin filling and shipping your order shortly after we receive payment from you. • I live in Canada, where can I buy your products?
We do offer shipping to Canada! We ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Please check cost of shipping upon checkout. You can also find our products in some stores in Canada - please check our store locator to find one near you!
• How are products shipped to Hawaii and Alaska?
Almost all orders for Hawaii and Alaska residents are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
• What is the return policy?

• Do you ship to my country?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. During check out we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Pricing and Billing
• Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our main warehouse, which is in New Jersey.
• What are my payment choices?
No Whey Foods accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Businesses may use a company-issued purchase order. Please contact customer service to establish a business account for commercial purchases by purchase order.
• I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Orders" link at the top left-hand side of our site to log in to your account and print invoices.
• When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order, No Whey Foods receives a payment authorization for the amount of the purchase. Your card or account will not be charged until the order is actually shipped. Please note that it may look as though you have been charged prior to shipping if you pay with a debit card. This is because banks hold funds against an authorization on debit accounts.
